Your package includes:

• Ten one-hour prenatal visits to explore your needs, discuss birth preferences, practice comfort techniques, and prepare for your baby’s arrival.

• Access to our Padlet resource collection, with information on pregnancy, labor and delivery, postpartum care, and breastfeeding.

• On-call doula availability beginning at 36 weeks of pregnancy, so you can reach out when labor begins.

• Support during labor and delivery, with emotional encouragement, comfort measures, and help communicating your needs and preferences.

• Two postpartum visits to check in, answer questions, and support your adjustment to life with your baby.
