Flexible scheduling: Each visit is at least one hour. Your three-hour minimum can be scheduled as one three-hour visit, three separate one-hour visits, or a combination that works for your family.​

Support may include:

• Meal preparation to make mealtimes easier.

• Baby’s laundry to keep clothing and essentials fresh and organized.

• Bottle cleaning to help keep feeding supplies ready.

• Age-appropriate interaction and play to support your baby’s development and connection.

• Companionship during walks or gentle movement, when you feel ready and in keeping with your healthcare provider’s guidance​​
